Chris Brown hosted a pre-party for this year’s VMAs with Pia Mia and Bera that went sour when Suge Knight was shot multiple times.
So far, Suge’s family has issued a statement after the shooting saying that he is currently resting. There have also been reports of The Game’s entourage also getting into a scuffle with security outside the club. More than likely, these two incidents are unrelated.
With all the negative energy surrounding Suge’s shooting, Brown took to Twitter to address the unfortunate event. “It’s disappointing that we as a society can’t have fun or enjoy ourselves without any altercations sometimes. Miss me with the bullshit!!!,” he tweeted.
XXL reached out to get a comment from Brown and his reps say he is willing to cooperate with law enforcement. “Chris hosted an event in Los Angeles last night to celebrate the upcoming release of his album X, during which an incident occurred. This incident did not involve Chris; he was merely the host of the event. He has and will continue to cooperate with the investigation.”
